Problems with Factory state Recovery

Hi Friends,
I am glad to say that I have restored my laptop to Factory state, I couldn't have done this without the suggestions and help from you all.
The wealth of knowledge and help available in this forum are absolutely wonderful.
I shrunk the C partition and created D partition, then the eRecovery service performed without any hitches.
Once again my Thanks to all who contributed.
