Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. I have been trying to fix it for a couple of days now and I am getting extremely frustrated.
I have MS Office Ultimate 2007, neither the clip art or the help menus are working in most of the programs. I have used all of the features previously, so I know they were working.
However, when I tried to access clip art the other day for an assignment the ones from Office Online will not load. They have weird symbols instead of the clip art pictures. When I try to insert one of them I get the error message
Word cannot obtain the data for C:\Users\<my name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\MPj04331800000[1].jpg link.
I checked and the Microsoft Office Template activeX control is installed...in fact, I can access templates from Office Online. Just not clip art or help.
I have also tried turning off my firewall...but that's useless because I can access online templates, so it has to be connecting to the site. And it didn't help with my problem anyway.
Does anyone have any ideas?
