mram, does this problem occur if you use firefox?

it only happens on the one user, but thats the user w/all of my docs, and it would be a major pain to move them. This users email is fine as you see (it works) .
I am not at all familiar w/firefox, I don't know anyone that is using it and I' never seen or looked into it but I'm open minded about it.

You can have both on the same machine. SO if you want you can try firefox without having to give up IE. Im a firefox fan, there are lots of things you can do with it that IE cant

how do you use both ? I never heard of or did "snipping" 'till an hour ago, If I can switch back, ok what are the advantages of firefox or differences

Ken, Firefox fixed my email problem. I like it, but its still kind of alien. I have one problem that I can't seem to find an answer for. When forwarding an email is there any way to cut or erase the addresses that were on the message sent to you. You could do that w/IE7. I forward messages to people that I don" want to know where THE MESSAGE CAME FROM, other than from me. I added "cut, copy,and paste" to the Firefox toolbar but it does not work with gmail. I would appreciate you help with this and w/any features that may not be apparent.
