You can either upload it as an attachment (Click on the paper clip like icon on the post box and select the file)

Or you can open it and copy and paste the contents of the text file into your next post

Did you run the script?

If you did, then it should have made a text file on your desktop called:

SFCDetails.txt


We need to see this file

If you didn't, then run the attached script as an administrator and it should make the text file.

ok sorry about the late responce i was on vacation but i ran it and it came up on the desktop but nothing was in the file.

Can you run the SFC scan again? And then run the attached script (from the earlier post) and then upload the text file that was created on your desktop?

hope this is what your looking for and once again sorry to being late this time i got a Av security suite virus and had to take care of that. I am just not having luck with computers. O and if this helps at all i forgot to tell you that i had this screensaver problem ever since i had my computer and thats been like 2 or 3 years now.

Well your SFC scan found an error, but it fixed it.

How did you remove AV Security Suite virus?

Can you download and install malwarebytes:

Malwarebytes

Run a full scan, and upload the log for us please?

i bought my computer at best buy and i fix my problem by doing a system restore. I didnt check AV website for a complete Removal tool becuase i didnt think it was a real virus protector. And i am working on downlaoding Malwarebytes and posting the results.

Ok, select all 5 of those threats for removal. Then run another scan and attach the log.

Download and run DDS:

This will then open two text files (dds.txt and attach.txt) which you will need to upload with your next post.
