Your going to earn your BSOD free machine

Boot in safe mode, use verifier.
As you get notices of bad drivers, you have to update and then do verifier again, until you find it. Once you can boot, do so in normal mode to find any more bad drivers.
Once the problem is solved in safe mode, do the same in regular mode.

Ok before i let it run for 36 hours i really wanted to catch that fast BSOD....

here are the results.

YES I THINK WE'VE FOUND IT ;D

Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Device driver attempting to corrupt the system has been caught (lol)
A Faulty driver currently on the kernal stack must be replaced with a working version.
<this is the first time bla bla>

Information
STOP : 0x000000C4

gdrv.sys Address FFFFF88995D837E9

i will try and isolate this driver to see if its the main one causing it, if so, i will try and look for a update, whilst letting the other drivers get verified.

Hmm strange, when i try to verify rdyboost.sys by its self, also comes back with BSOD but with gdrv.sys as the cause, i assuming theyre might be a clash of drivers. Strange though, i dont have anything installed by Gigabyte, only my motherboard is by gigabyte.... cant find any updates.

edit: cant find gdrv.sys in verifier anymore...

Ready boost seems to be a Microsoft Driver, leave it alone.

Many drivers, especially MS driver are lead drivers. One of the drivers that they control is the cause but the report picks up the head driver.

ohk thanks for that, i found gdrv.sys but its in C:\Windows ive seen some posts that deleting it solves the BSOD, will make a backup for it and try deleting it :)

Update: it seems whenever i put my gigabyte motherboard DVD in the drive, it automatically installed gdrv.sys

renamed / delete no bsod when accessing the DVD drive now... it seemed that Gigabyte would install gdrv.sys on my c:\windows whenever i put my Gigabyte DVD in, it also added another file called Gsetup.exe which does not run on my windows,
since i dont use any gigabyte applications, i removed it, ill keep in mind never to put a gigabyte dvd in my PC, ill be going out for a few hours, ive left verifier on, will leave it for 36 hours, (can i / should i install some programs?)

Thank you for your help :) much appreciated. Hopefully i dont get a bsod whilst running verifier, but will keep you up to date.

Just run it with as little as possible. Once it is working, install one program at a time and use for a while. This way we can see if a program is also causing problems.

You should use it as it is being tested. If there is one program that you like install that.

whilst taking out my 4GB of ram i noticed the sticker on it "9-9-924 @ 1.8V" while my 6GB had 8-8-8-24 @ 1.65v i know i7 and ex-58 motherboards can only work properly with 1.65Volts at max, if my ram is the problem, i will contact the place i bought it from because they said it was fully i7/ex58 compatible....

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

It comes up with BC A, and indicates possible memory problem.

You should never mix and match with ram, they have to be identical or there will be problems.
