Temperatures

This is what I've been doing for about six months:

Advance system care
Extended disk clean
Ccleaner
RegDefrag
The boot file defrag found here
Smart defrag

I also have a Beta 1.7.bat with all sorts of tools in it like clearing thumb cache, internet explorer cache, prefetch cache, if you want of-course.

I also run the chkdisk and will now include sfc /scannow. I found out where the chkdisk log is if you want to look at it after.

Q: is Memory defrags good to do... I have a tool for this?

I have done memory checks but never defragged it.
Do you get a speed increase after your clean up?
Mine is really noticeable, it fly's after all that.

You know... I keep-up with it so I can only say it's seems like it's crisper... like poppin quicker afterward. I only have 2 gigs so I try and eliminate as much garbage as possible and keep things optimized.

Looking at your system specs your computer has more power than mine 1.73GHz dual-core. Same amount of ram.
Your computer should be sweet. :D

2.00GHz.... I just wonder though... when I first got this it never froze on me. I know I've added alot sense then but I am watching the heats and have even pulled the side off the pc... I have next to nothing starting up with the system and dwm.exe like to pop in now and then and take alot of cpu up. I think when I'm in the middle of things, this exe activates or whatever and shots the cpu through the roof.

Should I keep a little monitor in my task bar to watch cpu levels?
