looks like one is a hard drive? wdc i think is western digital DiscWDC_WD1600BEVS-60RST0_______________04.01G04

the other CdRomHL-DT-ST_DVDRAM_GSA-T20N___________WC05_________

looks like a cdrom dvd drive , delete that and reboot

I tried deleting the
CdRomHL-DT-ST_DVDRAM_GSA-T20N___________WC05_________ key, but I get an error box that says:

Cannot delete
CdRomHL-DT-ST_DVDRAM_GSA-T20N___________WC05_________ key: Error while deleting Key.

Perhaps it has something to do with the Subkeys it contains?

If it was a desk top i would unplug the power cable for 5 min's, I suppose you could take the battry out for 5 min's and try that, you would be supprised how often that work's.

I tried the battery idea.

Still no luck...

That was a good idea, though. There's been times where I unplugged my older desktop computer for about 10 minutes and it'd work again when I plugged them back in.

Key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE included information about devices enbaded on IDE controlers (hard disks and DVD) and displayed in device manager.Because you even couldn't boot bootable disk removing any subkeys from this key wouldn't help you. Leave these keys and if your problem will back again you have to contact with manufacturer support
