OK I looked at your log

023-Google Software Updater

I would look carefully at these entries above and consider ticking these and asking it to fix checked.

Also you have Battle Heroes and Octoshape updating when you start up

I don't know how often you use team viewer but if not often I would remove it
What does your Virtual Box do?

We can use this program to track down things better than Windows Task Manager. Free version on the right side.

I forgot to tell you the back up of your registry will be in a folder at
C:\Windows\ERDNT.
Hope you don't need it.

You may find other back up files in the folder you downloaded TFC.exe to
If all is sweet in a couple of days you can delete these last files

OK I looked at your log
What does your Virtual Box do?

That's probably for Virtual Box to access my network and the internet so that I can use it when emulating Ubuntu via Virtual Box.

OK Just noticed your last post. You have some things there I did not see before

O23 - Service: PnkBstrA - Unknown owner - C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrA.exe
O23 - Service: PnkBstrB - Unknown owner - C:\Windows\system32\PnkBstrB.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Java\Java Update\jusched.exe

Still got a bit of rubbish in there. Do you have G-Mail Notifier if not you don't need the Google updaters

Don't know what the top two items are here.

You also have U-Torrent running that will be where the problem is.

re: Unknown "app" requests focus all the time

I disabled both Punkbusters since I think I don't need them as well as uTorrent (which I think doesn't cause the problem) and by disabling I mean I stopped them from starting after windows launches and restarted the PC.

However the problem still persits...

No don't turn them off unless you want to manually up date,
Sorry forgot about your browser.
The process lasso program I sent you the link for is good at stopping things that get out of control.

re: Unknown "app" requests focus all the time

Oh man, I think I figured it out.
The program UI.exe which is support for my WiFi transmitter seems to cause it. The process lasso active processes tab showed that it gets activated along with explorer.exe. So I shut it down and the problem goes away :-)

But considering what program caused it I'm thinking why would it do that. UI.exe is suppose to manage WiFi network and stay in Windows Tray. That's just weird. But doesn't matter because I don't need WiFi all the time and when I do I'm going to have to manage.

Thank you a lot guys, while solving this problem you helped me solve another one which I was told can't be solved unless replacing my RAM or somthing. So big thanks!

I use Process Lasso and have it start with windows. Good program.
In your last log it said U-Torrent was a running process, you might want to shut that down.
Good to see we finally cracked it.
