"up one folder"

Is there a way to get that icon (and functionality ) in vista?
Vista by default (for me anyways) displays the full address, allowing to click on the root name to go up a folder, but I find the icon much more visible and easier to deal with on xp and was wondering if there's a way to get that to work in vista.
