MS have realesed Virtual PC2007 :D

Use Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 to run multiple operating systems at the same time on the same physical computer. Switch between virtual machines with the click of a button. Use virtual machines to run legacy applications, provide support, train users, and enhance quality assurance.
Virtual PC lets you create separate virtual machines on your Windows desktop, each of which virtualizes the hardware of a complete physical computer. Use virtual machines to run operating systems such as MS-DOS, Windows, and OS/2. You can run multiple operating systems at once on a single physical computer and switch between them as easily as switching applications—instantly, with a mouse click. Yes its Vista x64 compatible and yes you can run 98,xp, 2000 or what ever you want at the same time.

The only downside is I dont think it works on any of the vista home line.

Virtual PC 2007 works ok on my Vista Business x64. The first virtual machine I added was Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn which needed some tweaking because of the color depth and to recognize the mouse. Next off are Windows XP SP2 and Windows 98 (for those old dos games).

hmm...can i install a 32-bit guest OS frm a 64-bit Host OS ?
(i.e with Virtual PC installed on Vista X64 ,can i install a 32-bit OS?)
Vice versa ?

I was using VMware some time ago and i dont think it works on VMWare , if it works with Virtual PC ill make the switch :)

Yes, you can install 32-bit guest OS from a 64-bit Host. I have Ubuntu Linux, Windows 98 and Windows XP SP2 all in 32bit running as virtual machines.
When I tried to install Ubuntu Linux with the 64-bit installation CD it wouldn't run and showed the error message "Your CPU does not support long mode. Use a 32bit distribution."

I guess 64-bit Guest OS is not supported by both.
I guess ill stick with VMWare for now.
