Vista auto logs off! Please help somebody!

Suddenly, my vista logs it off automatically. I believe this started happening after i accidently clicked the LOCK button which is right below the LOGOFF button. Ive checked my power/screen saver settings, my screen saver is disabled anyway. I dont know how to stop it, can someone please help me!!!!
