Vista crashes

HI,EVERYBODY.A month ago i was buing a laptop compaq presario cq60-160ev with intel t5800 mp,nvidia 9200grafik card,and 3gb ram.AFTER AN UPDATE THE VISTA THAT was preinstall in the laptop 32bit home premium was crashing .Itrying to recovery partition with f11 but a message appear bootmgr is missing,press ctrl+alt+delete and a clear blue screen.I havent a bootable cdor dvdor usb but asking to me the product number.Ityping but the number under the laptop is invalid,now how can i fix it?and who's can fix it HP HELLAS,or MICROSOFT HELLAS?

Try booting using F12 instead of F11, if you're trying to re-install back to the factory specs; be advised this will take the machine back to when you first got it (like new).
