Solved Where Is Windows Media Center?

I suspect Verizon Media Manager, like bloatware generally disables things it shouldn't, has somehow disabled WMC. I wonder if Verizon support might be able to offer advice?

Hello,
I finally got Windows Media Center to open. The change that worked was suggested here:
Windows Cannot Open This Program? [Fixed] | In Case You're Interested...

I did have Windows Media center checked in "Set Program Access and Computer Defaults" but it was not the default.

Now, I will see what needs to be done to get Media Center to duplicate the functions that I had In Verizon Media manager.
I have read about an "extender" that is required for a local network. I have no idea what that is - yet.
