| | Re: Restore Previous Versions - Restore or Remove from Context Menu Is this normally enabled by default? I never remember seeing it before, but I see it now. The reason I ask is that I had used 'System Restore' to fix my right click context menu, which for an unknown reason, seemed to be reset and none of my custom entires were there, such as the Windows Live OneCare 'Scan for viruses' and the WinRAR options also. |

| | Re: Restore Previous Versions - Restore or Remove from Context Menu Hi Ollyau, Yes, Restore Previous Versions is in the context menu by default in Vista. Some common things that may reset or mess with the context menu to see if you did recently are a Windows Update, another just added context menu item from some program, and malware. Hope this helps, Shawn |

| | Re: Restore Previous Versions - Restore or Remove from Context Menu Hello Katrocks, Check the requirements in the Warning box at the top of this tutorial to make sure that you have them set properly. If it's a new file, then it may take some time before there will be previous versions of it stored in shadow copy. Previous Versions - Shadow Copy I hope this helps, Shawn |

| | Re: Restore Previous Versions - Restore or Remove from Context Menu Hi admin Brink I just have a question related to this Post and context menus. Is this only for windows vista ultimate or can I use it in home premium? Do you know a way to create a shortcut (in the context menu of FOLDERS) that opens the change icon window for the folder I right click on? I have created a lot of folder icons for the different programs I have installed and I want to apply them to the appropriate folders. Unfortunately it gets kind of irritating when I have to perform the same 5 steps over and over again for each and every folder. Please reply ASAP, thank you |
