| Vista Bussiness x64 PL | Re: realtek network adapter update I understand you want clear update history relate to exactly failed installed...I prefer to clear whole update history ...it is much simple.As far as I know update history is stored in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore Stop for the moment Windows Update service ,delete folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and run again Windows Update trouble with updating Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller -try from this site Realtek Vista Driver and Auto Instalation program for Vista -the newest driver version is 6.225.0703.2009 Do you have still trouble with hotfixes for NET Framework or Windows Live? | Windows 7 | Re: realtek network adapter update hi pacinitaly, You cannot delete the failed update history, but u can delete the entire update history by following flavious deleting software distribution method. if you want those updates should never come back to u as available updates, u can hide those updates. By following this method. click on available updates, right click on the update u want to hide and select hide. It will never come back to u as available. ![]() |

| Vista Home Premium SP2 32bit / Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit | Re: realtek network adapter update Flavius I've just had a look at the link for Realtek that you gave and it lists the version as 6.225.0720.2009 for Vista Auto Installation. I've had the same problem with Windows Update the version I have installed is 6.223.0525.2009 For the time being I have the update hidden. |
