BSOD after Windows Update

Today after multiple Windows updates my laptop started having problems with startup. I also got BSOD several times. Laptop is Dell, OS is 64bit. Updates were:

I also started to get this after startup: Failed to connect to a Windows Service

Any help is greatly appreciated.
