Hello,

Start by updating a few drivers:
Code:
igdkmd32.sys    Thu Jun 12 21:43:12 2008 (4851D0B0) - Intel graphics
[URL="http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19936&ProdId=2991&lang=eng"]http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19936&ProdId=2991〈=eng[/URL]

NETw5v32.sys    Mon Apr 28 09:29:22 2008 (4815D132) - Intel WiFi
[URL="http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19853&ProdId=3062&lang=eng"]http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19853&ProdId=3062〈=eng[/URL]

iaStor.sys      Tue Apr 15 20:07:31 2008 (48054343) - Intel SATA controller
[URL="http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19607&ProdId=2991&lang=eng"]http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=19607&ProdId=2991〈=eng[/URL]
You also could run the Intel update utility to save some work, if you prefer.

After those drivers are updated, run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable - Windows 7 Forums

I realize that Toshiba tested your hardware, but still run some yourself. Start with the 3 Prime95 tests: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95 - Windows 7 Forums

Also run Memtest86: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Forums

If you get more BSODs, especially from driver verifier, please upload a new jcgriff2 report. That contains all the dumps, event logs, and just about everything else we need.

Hello

I know what you are going through, just about a month ago I had BSOD and it hit so fast and things went crazy, I did not have the time to dink around with it so I did a Factory restore and I have had no issue's sinse. The downside is you lose everything in your computer unless you had it backed up and of course then you have to reinstall everything again.

I am going to forward this to the forum expert on BSOD in just a couple of minutes, so don't do anything untill he has a chance to read everything.

Carry on with the hardware tests for now, let's see what happens.

You might also try booting up in Safe Mode, see if that works.
