In January I fired up my new self built rig to take the jump from 32bit to 64bit.
Because of the time frame I was kinda forced to buy Ultimate x64 instead of waiting for Windows 7.
Anyways of course there wer annoying problems, most of them I was able to find a fix for, but three of them I just couldn't find the appropiate solution. The most annoying two was the ability to put downloaded files where I wanted instead of where it forced me to put them and then having to drag and drop them and then I was unable to preview my pictures folders and subsequently my pictures. A work around fix was to install Windows Live Photo Gallery, but evan then I could only preview the pictures if I opened them in WLPG. If I had the need to attach one I was back to square one.
Unfortunately I was relying on a different forum and never did get the answers, so just yesterday I did a search for Vista forums and found yours.
You were able to help me correct both those problems just by searching thru the posts and I have been able to uninstall WLPG.
The third problem is just a matter of me continue to search your forums as I'm sure the answer is in there somewhere.
