I was looking in my registry and noticed several entries that are left over from software that I no longer use. In fact there is a Bittorrent entry and I never used that before! There's also Mozilla, Symantac (possibly the result of attempting to set up a chat while uninstalling Norton). Is it necessary to use a registry cleaner? I have a copy of "Tweaking Companion for Vista" by Koroush Ghazi and he says the RegSupreme is a good cleaner and that the registry can become bloated over time and perhaps out of date entries should be occassionly cleaned out. I have no intentions of poking around the registry and deleting stuff manually!! Do I need to get a registry cleaner? My computer is a little over a year old and runs very smoothly. Any suggestions?
