everytime i open my secondary browser, it opens in the bottom right hand cornr, i tried to drag but it will not let me drag all the way. can some1 plz tell me how to fix this? ty

Not sure if my method is relevant at all.....

Assuming you have a shortcut of your 2nd browser on desktop, if not, create one.
Right click at the shortcut > Propeties > Shortcut tab at the top > at RUN heading, click the pointer and select Normal Window > click OK when done.

Open the 2nd browser.
Does it open ok ?

i followd ur steps, and it was on normal window. i changed it and changed it bk to normal still the same problm. can u think of any thing else i can try without reinstalling

Can you tell us what browser it is that you can not drag.
And what exactly do you mean by dragging,
enlarge the browser window by dragging the sides,
or dragging the entire browser with the Title Bar.

i followd ur steps, and it was on normal window. i changed it and changed it bk to normal still the same problm. can u think of any thing else i can try without reinstalling

Instead of Normal Window, change it to Maximized.

problm has been solved, but to answer ur question, chrome is my secondary browser, and by draging i mean when you go to the edge of the page and them two lil arrows show up that enables u to move the page...
