Solved Acer aspire 8730 & Win vista 64bit ( wifi problem )?

Hello everyone,

I have acer aspire laptop which came which came with vista 32 bit , i bought it 2.5 years ago , so first thing i did i installed win xp, now i wanted to upgrade to win 7 64 bit but after installation the system became very unstable and i wasn't able to install graphic drivers.

I went to acer website and saw that they have vista 64 bit drivers so i installed win vista 64 bit on my laptop and now i can install driver for wireless network. i did some research and i know that this laptop later was sold with 64 bit vista.

I have tried all wifi software which are : Acer Aspire 8730 Athos Wireless LAN Driver for Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

Acer Aspire 8730 Intel Wireless LAN Driver for Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

Acer Aspire 8730 Ra link Wireless LAN Driver for Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

non of them locate my adapter, at start even ethernet was not working , but i fixed by installing Acer Aspire 8730 Broadcom LAN Driver for Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit

but i only have wifi connection at uni so i am not able to connect with my laptop. I really dint understand why it doesn't work, can anyone help me ?
