MOF Registration: 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WBEM\WMIPERFINST.MOF

Root/CIMV2, Win32_PerfRawData_TermService_TerminalServices, 0x80041002 - (WBEM_E_NOT_FOUND) Object cannot be found.
MOF Registration: 'C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WBEM\WMIPERFINST.MOF


Is this telling me that Win32_PerfFormattedData...... and Win32_PerfRawData_TermService_TerminalServices should be part of the WMIPERFINST.MOF ?

Yes I have tried sfc /scannow and also I have re-compiled all WMI mof files using the mofcomp command, no joy!

This is a copy of my WMIPERFINST.MOF at 980 bytes.

Could someone please upload an image of theirs to compare?

Is the WMI service off in Services?

I wanted to rebuild the wbem Repository to try to fix a problem I have and, even after changing all the permissions so I could rename it, I couldn't do it.

I just wanted to mention that my copy of that .mof is identical to yours- good or bad.

In your third post, you asked if someone would post their copy of the .mof. I didn't post mine but I did a line for line, character by character review and, as I mentioned above, it's identical to yours.

Thanks for the link, I did use the WMI backup.

After gathering enough information I intend to either change the .mof file or remove the information from the WMI. At this time the errors don't appear to be the fault of the .mof file? So I will have to determine if the "error Information" is supposed to be present in the WMI before I delete it.
