Once again someone posted asking for specific files, this is not permitted and the original download files mentioned in post #1 are no longer valid. Torrents and file sharing files are not permitted in these forums, especially OS's which are protected by manufacturers' patents or copyrights.

I can offer a download link by email only to a full Vista w/SP2 OS (use your own key) if you specify 32 or 64-bit and give your email, masked of course as in abc AT xyz DOT com. Please come back and edit out the email once I've sent it to you.

Also I may have to stop offering this soon because it is occupying too much of my time.

Thanks for the link. I really appreciate it. Would it be possible for you to send me the 32 bit also? I think I read somewhere to be patient with the link because it works off and on? maybe I dreamt it. I have dsl with 768k speed. I dont mind the wait but will that work? Last night l let it run and this morning it was at 47% then there was black screen. It typically says error but trying to down load or something like that. If the link is indeed sporatic do i need to find somewhere that has a faster speed to get a succesful download? Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll need your email again, masked of course. Mega's download is usually rock steady but it may have something to do with your ISP's connectivity perhaps? Also make sure that you have nothing set to go to sleep after a certain time in Control Panel > Power Options.

I have the laptop set to never sleep while plugged in. I am however using the eathernet cable instead of my wifi. I thought it would be a little quicker that way. Not sure if that is hindering it or not

I really appreciate your help.

This may be another thread question but I was wondeing how hard it would be to create a recovery partition during installation of vista
