Anyone having trouble with Avast! 8? Seems like some Vista 64 users are per their site.

Brink, so could I safely assume that you would recommend a x86 Vista Basic to run avast for their antivirus? It's a Toshiba Satellite. All I did was went to Avast and downloaded their current new free antivirus. Is that all that needs to be done? I just tried to register via the email from Avast, but it wasn't working. Sure, you could safely do so if you like. You would only need to register with Avast when able to next.

Thanks for the info. Could you point me in the right direction on how to post a new question (if i cannot find the answer)? I am trying to find the best/legit way to download youtube type videos. I have used real player (video and audio was out of sync). The latest one I used was through firefox "Download Flash & Video". With this, the syncing was still off but better than real player. I'm also seeking a good video converter software. Any help would be appreciated.

There is not a legit way to do so. It violates YouTube copyrights to do so.
