Cannot install SP2

I've had this is old SP2 upodate sitting there for years just tried to install it as i need SP2 for a certain program and it does not download. The progress bar stays at 0% then i get this error message


Any ideas? Thanks

I tried download SP2 manually however get this

Hi tried both neither worked. The SFC says did not find any integrity violations.

Than update manually
