Of course it does, i even have the original HDD, it still works but i use an SSD for obvious reasons, i changed the CPU some days ago, but the original one works and is now in a safe for the pins container, and i have the original RAM paired with a "New" 2GB stick

i never talked about that, it is my only system with Vista and every post related with that is about that very laptop

Did you try to create an image of the HDD and write it to the SSD? I love all the bulk that Acer used to shove into their laptops in the late 2000's. Such as "Acer Empowering Technology".
i have the original image on Two CDs... somehow, but it contains Vista 32Bit, and i use 64Bit, plus, i have the software installed since i have the EXEs for the software, excluding Acer Arcade Deluxe
