I bought a new computer and it came with Vista Premium 64bit, can I have it run on 32bit, instead of changing my printer and some of my software.

simple answer.....no , if you bought a FULL non OEM version of Vista you can install either but with yours your stuck with 64 bit.........but on a pluss side its much better (i have it thats why 
) and all the software will be available for free from your printer etc manufacturers website :D

I had to buy a printer because the manufacture said they were not going to make a driver for 64bit and now I can't use the server tester in dreamweaver, things just keep making me sorry I bought this computer.

Hi climberman and welcome to Vista Forums 
It's a pity that you didn't inform us of the make and model of your printer earlier. Although not all printers are compatible, many are (even if they are not officially supported by their manufacturers or by Vista itself), and I am sure that someone who has the same model as you who has managed to find a workaround to enable it to work will be able to help you. As for DreamWeaver, you need to check their website for support, although it does currently state that only 32-bit is currently supported: web design software, HTML editor | Adobe Dreamweaver CS4

Or just stay put for a little while because more and more programmers and free software providers are (one by one) upgrading to 64 bits OS as more and more users are using it.
The first time I tried to install Adobe Flash, it was not supported and in two hours, it became installable. A few more softwares and programs have followed suit since I got my 64 bit Vista 2 months ago. Most of people I know are upgrading to 64 because more and more new programs are just for 64.
And more techies want to go over 4 GB in RAM

I bought the canon imageclass mf3240 the crazy thing is I thought I was buying a printer that supported 64 bit but it only supported it for printing. The software that comes with it does not work on the 64bit so I can't scan anything. In my business I am always scanning something to email to someone so now I have to take it to Staples and they email it to me.

I also had a similar problem with mine. When I was using XP, I used the software supplied by the printer manufacturer and was able to make use of the buttons on the printer to initiate a scan. Thank all of you very much, I tried Paint and it worked great, I will check with canon and see if they have a driver yet as for Dreamweaver 8 they are saying to upgrade to CS4 I can only wounder why, maybe $200.00 dollars. Maybe I will find a fix for that too.
