ActiveX Controls popup in yellow

Everytime I go to one and only this one website, I get the following message in yellow:
Your security settings do not allow websites to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer.
This just started last week, never had this problem previously on this one website - which is in my Favorites,Security,etc.
Any help on this? IE7.

IE7 is outdated and may not always work properly. I would update to IE9 or use another browser, altogether. Chrome and Firefox are used by many.

I don't like other browsers and I don't like tabs.
Ever since I started using a computer (2000), I've always used IE, fixing the way it looks, etc. to MY useage...very basic stuff (fav/print icons) in section under the addy bar
