I use Firefox and out of the blue, noticed that when I tried to play a YouTube video, I got a blank screen. I have tried using the Adobe uninstaller and then reinstalling the program several times. When I go into Adobe help and it does the test to see if you have Flash Player, I get a blank screen - even after I've installed it. In my Uninstall Programs window, it is listed but does not have a size. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this? Thanks!

Then reboot and try installing Flash from the Adobe website.
I went into the Adobe Help - Flash Player help. At the very beginning, it says "The Flash Player version and OS of your computer are displayed in the box below:" and no "box below" ever shows up... just blank space. :eek:When I look in the Control Panel - Uninstall window... Flash is listed but has no size!! How about that??!!!
What's next? I read somewhere that document & settings files hang out and keep Flash from completely installing. I've tried to look for those but am not savvy enough to know what I am looking at.
