i have a problem, i bought the zalman 9500A for my 790i ultra sli motherboard but the northbridge heatsink gets in the way, the "clip lever A" won't snap in the "lug" if anyone have managed to install it i would appreciate it if you help me, because I'm about to return it. -thanks
Have you tried rotating it about 90 degrees to see if it fits that way? You should be able to rotate the bracket, so it fits on at a different angle. If you do, then it's best to have it blowing out the top of the case.
Im starting to get very ****, the zalman cnps-9500a doesn't fit no matter what way you try it
the mounting bracket that gets screwed down into motherboard cannot be positioned any other way, you can only mount that part the correct way with the little circle notch aligned so the locking arm can open
the vreg heatsink closest to the memory slots blocks the clip from going all the way down and clipping
WTF evga!!! or better yet foxconn, since there the oem makers of this board </td> </tr> <tr> <td class="info" colspan="2" nowrap="nowrap" valign="bottom">
