How can I get rid of the Windows.0 that someone made trying to repair the first Windows and/or how can I get rid of the option to start it at boot/post time?

At this time, the pc looks something like this pass boot time...

Micorsoft Windows XP SP3
Micorsoft Windows XP SP3

I will like to get rid of it so the pc just boots until it get to the desktop automatically.

Thanks, not really what I wanted the most but, at the very least, I am going to be able to do the next best thing.

To make your Windows starts Directly without prompting for Boot screen, do the following steps:
Control Panel> System and Maintainance>> System >> Advanced System Settings (On left tab), then select Advanced from the tab and click Settings in Startup and Recovery ... uncheck Time to display list of Operating systems then select Ok.
