Another Blue Screen! Please help!

I changed my old PS-2 Keyboard to a new A4TECH PS-2 one , and i was playing an online game for about 40 minutes , running Windows Media Player 11, And i got this blue screen all of a sudden:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

Is this related to Graphics issue? Graphics driver or card, But am updating my HD 4350 driver to the latest version.

This Could give us more information to help with your problem, Also I am no expert but I think watchdog.sys has or is related to moving pagefile.sys into a wrong area
