must be an american thing, huh?
seems everyone who's flag is not usa is like, "
HELL NO! AND I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A DESPICABLE THING EITHER!!"
"YOU DAMN YANKEES!"
just a question asking, that's all. no need to be "
Holier Than Thou."
yeah, i downloaded a few movies and music. i got the letter and stopped--just wanted to know if anyone else has too.
but, i suppose, the issue could be a little deeper than a movie or music or application being downloaded. we can all adhere to a certain rule when it's the "in thing" to do or politically correct to do so. but other rules are looked at as archaic or unnecessary, we don't give a damn about them. "Why do I need to limit my speed to 85mph when I'm in the middle of the desert and I see that there is no traffic?" see, if i'm late for an appointment, i will
definitely drive faster than the posted speed limit to get to where i need to get to! i know the risk involved in speeding, but i'll still do it. don't misunderstand me, though, i don't
need to download a movie, a cd, or an application either; i knew the risk involved with doing so and i stopped when i got the letter.
anyway... i'm a bad, bad man. forgive me for my misgivings and sins.
