Anyone know what causes this?

I have searched the net for answers but to no avail, so any help would be appreciated

On a purely mechanical level, the error means exactly what it says: the specified DLL wasn't found in the \windows\system32 folder, even though something tried to "run" it.

Unfortunately, it looks like it might be linked to malware, though je no parle french:

Scan your computer for viruses cause when I search it it came up as a Trojan.DNSchanger.
