Hello,

This usually means that the program has stopped responding and you have forced it to close. However, if you wait slightly longer, the program usually recovers by itself. This problem does beg the question "Why did the program crash", and it is usually a coding fault, but without more info, we cannot help you.

Try removing the add ons from IE, that may help. You can replace them one by one to determine the cause.
