I have an Acer AX1200 with Vista Home Premium OCEact OS. I have an AT#CLS=? COMMOND NOT SUPPORTED error. I contacted Acer and they never heard of it. I bought a new USLogistics external modem and installed the driver and hooked up the modem via USB cable, and I have the exact same error on the new modem. So I guess this is a Vista problem. How do I get the modem to go back to default settings? I have done 1 restore and 2 recoverys and nothing works. From what I found on the internet, the AT#CLS=? is for the selection of either data, fax or voice. I have been fighting this problem for over 5 months. I have thrown money at this for tech support that did no good and than a new modem. Any help would be greatly appreceiated.
