ATI Digital Signature

Does anyone know where I can find a digitally signed "ATI Integrated Digital Audio" driver for Vista x64 Business. The installed driver works, but only if I F8 at boot to disable signature enforcement, which is a pain whenever the system autoboots after an update. I have been living with the F8 approach since Vista was first released.

There is no information on the ATI (AMD) or HP support sites.

Driver details are as follows:

Driver Provider: ATI Technologies
Driver Date: 9/13/2006
Driver Version: 6.1.4242.1

The specific unsigned files are:
... atiwdma.sys
... LVUSBS64.sys

It is for an HP DV5000 x64

Thanks ...

Create a link to cmd.exe on the desktop. Then right click this and Run As Administrator. Then run the command bcdedit /deletevalue testsigning
Can you please post the link where you downloaded your drivers?

jimdoc, what is the exact model number of your laptop? Reason for asking is there is what appears to be well over 100 variations of the dv5000 series,

HP Pavilion dv5000 Notebook PC series

Make it much easier to try and track down newer drivers for you (the one you currently have installed is older than Vista).

Thanks for the help. I found links to workingVista drivers for my audio card and modem on the drivers section of this forum. My laptop now works as it did pre Vista installation.
