I have this problem where after I log into an account, A black screen appears and I cannot see my desktop or task bar until after 2-3min. I could really use the help in fixing this

System restore wont work. I have had this problem for a long time. I was wondering if there is a problem with the winlog registry

If there is a problem with the Winlogon registry entries, it won't be easy to solve. Let's try some more things before trying to fix the registry.Try running a Malwarebytes scan and remove anything it finds: Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.61 - FileHippo.com
If that doesn't help, try going to start and type msconfig. Then, go to the startup tab and uncheck everything except your antivirus.
Also, is there a lot of hard drive activity at the black screen or is there not any?

I don't see anything but a black screen. I haven't check task manager either. I have used Malwarebytes and removed all threats it has detected

Did you try what I said about msconfig above?

I will get to it when I re-start my computer. I am currently wait for instructions on another thing. Thank you for your help.
