In your second post you said if your computer is off for hours you get this problem but if it is only off for a short time you don't get the problem, is this correct?
I hope I understand you correctly, trying to get my head around this at almost 4am here.

EDIT: Do you put it to sleep or shut it down completely?

I've just found that problem I get is the well-known hanging up at boot under Safe Mode when loading crcdisk.sys. Under Normal mode, I got a Ksod As I already gave details on previous messages.

I made a search on google and I found that some people could fix it with the following commands :

"1) I start windows Vista from my DVD and select repair, select the command to star the console.
2) in the command promt I go to where my windows is installed and remane ( or delete) the followind file:

\windows\system32\drivers\crcdisk.sys
\windows\system32\drivers\pcmcia.sys*
\windows\system32\drivers\1394bus.sys
\windows\system32\drivers\ohci1394.sys
\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\pcmcia.infblablabla*
\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\1394.infblablabla
\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\sdbus.infblablabla*
\windows\inf\sdbus.inf*
\windows\inf\sdbus.PNF*

*NOTE: the file with * where NOT renamed (or delete) and it worked for me. In case Ur PC freeze again try to rename all files.

3) exit and restart."

This is exactely what I did with a Live CD bootable, because with my Recovery DVD, it can't launch it, it goes on Normal Mode automatically like it bypass the Recovery DVD. Sorry for my bad english.

I will let you know on a few hours, if this issue is fixed or not.

The only bad thing I found is that all the files I deleted from the above commands, I couldn't reinstall it. I don't know how to do it again.

I rebooted again and made a Repair Computer but this won't re-create the lost files.

Why I asked about the sleep or shut down is because the symptoms are similar to what I would expect in an overheating computer....Except yours is exactly opposite to that. Your computer gets a long rest when off and problems arise but no problems after running for a while then restarting.
You seem to have a lot of error messages that differ each time you post
Do they pop up when trying to start or are you looking in event viewer?
Your device manager photo shows no warnings and looks OK.
Drivers you deleted should be replaced by Windows when needed and shouldn't cause a problem.
What is the current state of your laptop
Will it start in normal mode?
Do errors show when starting
Have you done a system file check? if not do that

In an elevated command prompt type or copy and paste the following sfc /scannow
Then when it finishes type or paste findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log
Lets see what it tells you

I had a similar problem of black screen at start up and resolved it by turning off the computer and removing the battery for a couple of minutes
When I replaced the battery and restarted the laptop the problem was gone
Wouldn't hurt to try see if that helps

EDIT: I have done a bit of searching on Google Blogs and there are a few things we can try next

I don't use the battery as this one is dead. So, the battery is always out as I only use the power cord to start my laptop.

To sum up, I don't have the battery inside when I start my laptop.

Do I need to replace them and doing what you're telling me ?

Since I removed all the files herehttp://www.vistax64.com/crashes-deb...en-when-starting-my-laptop-4.html#post1396024 with a Live Cd, Vista don't create the removed files. From yesterday, since those removed files, I got an error on my Device Manager.
Device Manager error.jpg

I tried to recover with Restoration point from two days ago, but it can't create those files. I got an error from now, I suppose this is because it can't recover the removed files. I need to copy those files again. Could you please, attached those files here ( vista business 32bits) ?

Restoration error.jpg

All this, if I start my computer a few hours later:

1.No errors when starting in normal mode, only black screen but it hanged up after the blinking cursor at the top of the screen, after bios program are finnished to load. I can't see the 'Microsoft Corporation' green progress bar at bottom because it's already hanged up.

If I choose to boot with a Vista bootable cd, when loading files on Safe Mode, it stopped at crcdisk.sys.

On yesterday, I read a page with a similar troubles from a Microsoft support page that fixed this issue with all the files I removed here http://www.vistax64.com/crashes-deb...en-when-starting-my-laptop-4.html#post1396024, but it didn't solve this problem. On the contrary, for now, I got a new troubles with my pcmcia card on the Device Manager, that I didn't have on yesterday.

Hope this time is more clear for you. Sorry for my basic english, I'm trying to do my best to show you all details. Thanks !

I ran sfc /scannow and it couldn't repair damaged files. This is because the files I removed are missing. This was not ocurred two days ago or at the beginning when I created this new thread, no errors message at the end.

I pasted findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log. It only dispaly on the console, the listing of files.

OK This is going to make a large file zip it up and upload it please
Run elevated cmd prompt and type or paste the following please

notepad C:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log

Forget about the battery I only wanted you to remove it so the computer fully powered down.
As you don't have a battery fitted it will be powering down anyway.
How do you feel about a fresh install of Vista
I can supply you with a retail disc that has all versions of 32bit Vista you just select the version you have the key for when installing
Note you will lose all installed programs and just be left with Vista on the computer
