Blue screen after sleep mode

Hi, im new in this forum, i have a problem with my computer with windows vista.

I recently cloned the hard drive because it did not work well. Now the computer works fine but when it enters sleep mode, the blue screen appears and the computer restarts

I'm not good with english, sorry.
