blue screen

Hi..
I need help..
My pc is a core quad Q8200 with:
-ati radeon HD 4670
-6gb ram
and i use windows vista ultimate x64

this is a new pc with 2 weeks and i get several times the blue screen with a error of memory_manegement.

i test and return no errors in memory..

can someone help me?

o don´t know what do to more :(

Hi lmarkes, welcome to the board.

First you may try system restore to the original factory state as when it first came. If not helping, best thing I would suggest is process a return or replacement.

i buy this pc without nothing..

he came clean and i install vista x64

Well, in that case, have you tried to clean install Vista again which will eliminate all software conflicts, virus, or corrupted elements. If after clean reinstall and problem persists then we look at hardware. Post back.

ok, i will do that again one more time..

the problem with the memory_manegement can be because the antivirus? I use avast home edition

Hey lmarkes, you may want to try just 1 or 2 gb of ram and see what happen. Make sure they are seat and secure.

I defragment my disc because a report of vista say that my disc have problems and since then i do not have more problems..

i hope that the problem is solved...

Wow, lmarkes, glad the problem is taking care of. Let's keep out fingers crossed.
Just in case it comes back. Try to use less ram, 4 gig is plenty. Replace those SATA cables with after market ones when you have a chance.
