Please turn Driver Verifier off by selecting "Delete Existing Settings" in the first screen. Then reboot the system. Also, please let us know what settings that you used for Driver Verifier.

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

23 memory dumps in 2 days - that's a lot!
11 different BSOD error codes
15 different causes are blamed
This is most often a sign of hardware failure.

If the above tests don't reveal an issue, then please also run these free stress tests:
FurMark download site: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit
Prime95 download site: Free Software - GIMPS
Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead. (run all 3 if you find a problem and note how long it takes to error out with each)
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
This won't necessarily crash the system - but check the output in the test window for errors.
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.
Two other video stress tests (may be more stressful than FurMark):
Video Memory stress Test - МИРNVIDIA / Утилиты / VMT
Artifact Locator - МИРNVIDIA / Утилиты / Artifact Locator
Sorry, but I don't read the language that this website is made in.

Just a guess here, but can you access the Internet if you choose Safe Mode with Networking?
What's the make and model of your system?

Here's some outdated drivers that should be updated if you can get back into normal mode:

No i dont have acces to internet in safe w/ networking. i didnt understand the part of driver verifier i went to safe mode wrote verifier at cmd and selected delete existing settings and when i prees ok i got a message that nothing was change. Also im running the mem test does this program tell me when it finds something wrong?

My Computer

If you get a bunch of red stuff in the bottom ½ of the screen - then that indicates some problems with your RAM.

Don't worry about Driver Verifier for now. If needed we'll do a registry edit (later on) to fix that.

Make and model of your system please.

My Computer

Try the other stress tests that I mentioned.
If you can, try Safe Mode with networking and plug a cable from the laptop to the internet router to see if you can get internet that way.

Please check Device Manager to see if there's anything that needs attention there. To do that, go to Start and type in "devmgmt.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

My Computer

i saw thw microsoft network adapter #3 ISATAP gives me code 31. Also I tried to launch the FurMark software and it gives me an error. Could not initialize zoomGPU. furmark failed

My Computer

Right click on any network adapters that are named:
- ISATAP
- Teredo
- 6to4
- unknown (just found these today)

Select "Uninstall" and remove them.
If needed they will come back after you reboot - but most times they're not needed and they don't come back.

Errors running Furmark and Prime 95 shutting off would indicate a hardware problem.
I would suggest trying another video card. If you have to purchase one, please purchase it from a place that will allow you to return it. That way if it's not the issue you won't be out the money for a video card.

You have better chance of replies if you start your own thread, because the cause of your problem may be different from others.

If you're still getting BSOD's, we need to see the memory dump files:
Upload Dump Files:
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Left click on the first minidump file.
Hold down the "Shift" key and left click on the last minidump file.
Right click on the blue highlighted area and select "Send to"
Select "Compressed (zipped) folder" and note where the folder is saved.
Upload that .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service . I recommend Windows Live SkyDrive - http://skydrive.live.com or another free, file-hosting service. Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

My Computer

The BSOD's seem to point to either a hardware or a Windows problem.
To rule out Windows, please reinstall Vista using this link: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/117366-clean-install-full-version-vista.html

If that doesn't fix it, then it's most likely a hardware issue. Here's a link on how to get started: Hardware Troubleshooting Via System Stripdown

My Computer

Hi tried to reinstall vista but when it boots fron the bootable disk it starts to load windows files after it goes back to the microsoft logo and then to blue screen. I bought a HD today and also tried to installed windows vista but i still get the BS. I can get into safe mode with no problem.

My Computer

Have you tried these free stress tests:

FWIW - it sounds to me like there's a problem with your video.
And, in a laptop, that's not fixable AFAIK.
