I have a brand new computer with Vista, and I'm having a couple of problems. One of them is some trouble with internet downloads. The other one is that pictures on the Web often don't display correctly. Here's an example:

It's always the bottom part of the picture that is affected. Often it's the part of the page that needs to be scrolled down to. I've tried IE, Firefox, and Opera. They all do it. Sometimes refreshing the page fixes it, but not usually. Everything except pictures displays normally. I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit. What should I do?
