This is related to my Network thread but when I boot up Vista WITHOUT Kernel Debugging,
Code is 0x0000001e and I'm not sure if its related to my motherboard, it was designed for Windows 7 but has drivers for Windows XP x64.

I suggest that you go to the bottom of this page-

and download the blue screen viewer. When you get a BSOD, run it and post the log here.
Hi, when I follow the steps on the page to set it up, it doesn't render it for some reason.
I did check if it's actually working so I killed csrss.exe and it generated the crash dump for it.
I don't think it can generate a crash dump if the drivers aren't loaded.

I was referring to the csrss.exe generating the crash dump after forcefully ending it with Task Manager to see if it worked.
It did generate the crash dump for csrss, but with the actual issue, it doesn't generate a dump and just displays a rather stretched out screen with the STOP code.

I asked that because the oldest Windows version should be installed first. I don't have time to look into the proper way to procede with the other OS's installed right now. Are you installing Vista in a VM?

Vista is not in a VM, no,

I must also add that I installed the OS's in this order:
10 to 8.1 to 7 to Vista
