Only 690 mB of available RAM. I'd suggest getting more RAM (you only have 2 gB - which is minimum for Vista SP2) While waiting to get more RAM, please trim your startup items and only run one program at a time.
You have a Belkin wireless USB adapter. Win7 systems have problems with these devices - but I can't recall problems with Vista. I'd suggest keeping an eye on it - just in case.
And, from the memory dumps, your rt73.sys driver dates from 2005. It's probably not Vista compatible and it belongs to Ralink 802.11 USB Wireless Adapter Driver (most likely the chipset for your Belkin wireless USB device) Please visit the Belkin or the Ralink websites in order to get the most current Vista compatible driver.

StarOpen.sys dates from 2006 and is most likely associated with AT&T, Verizon, and/or Virgin - StarOpen/VideoNow Media Wizard/RPS Burn by Hasbro
Please update this program or remove (uninstall) it from your system
LogMeIn Remote drivers date from 2007/2008 Please uninstall this program.
cbfs.sys is a driver component of Callback File System and dates from 2008. Please update this program also.
