BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe (mostly)

Hello,

I would like to find out why I'm getting these blue screens on my new built. I started some troubleshooting by disabling and removing some of drivers and memory, running memtest86+ for over 12 hours, removing my external 7 port USB hub and USB Sound card but still get these BSOD. I'm getting these blue screens from ntoskrnl.exe mostly, win32k.sys and ksaud.sys (so far) and I have attached all latest (after last install) BSOD reports here.

I'm running Vista x64 bit ultimate, retail version and I have installed it 3 times trying to correct the problems. I built this PC about 3 months ago using all brand new parts.


System Hardware:
Raidmax case with Thermaltake Toughpower XT 775W power supply (TPX-775MPS)
2 Pioneer SATA DVR-216D DVD/CD-ROM drives
Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5770 1GB video card
Western Digital Black 1TB SATA 6.0 7200RPM 64MB Cache HD
Western Digital Black 640GB SATA 6.0 7200RPM 64MB Cache HD
TP Link USB TL-WN722N wireless adapter
Creative Labs USB X-Fi Surround 5.1 (external sound card)

No virus/spyware or firewall software other than Microsoft’s firewall and defender

I would appreciate any help you can give me here and thank you for your time.

Hi welcome to the forum.
In view of your possible BSOD problems it would be appropriate for someone from the forum who specialises in these matters.

Hi,

One of the reports point to the sound card (ksaud.sys) & the others seem incomnclusive (Well to me).

Please update the drivers for the sound system as a start: -
