Your reports almost always reports error code A, the causes:

This error is typically caused by software or hardware incompatibility. The device name appears often in the message, which is a great help to correct this error. If so, try removing the device. If the message appears during boot, you can suspect an incompatible device, service system, a virus scanner or backup operation.

Did you install any new software, recently, any upadates for software, uninstall anysoftware. Bottom line, think about any changes that were made around the time of the first BSOD and report back.

I may have updated my video card around that time. I've rolled back to an older driver, same problem. Re-updated, same problem. Thats the thing that coordinated with the time most of all I think. I haven't made any hardware changes since the system was new, and it had run successfully for over two years.

Sometimes newer drivers are problematic and the install can cause problems which is why I hardly ever update drivers and I never do so through windows update. Frequently drivers aren't completely removed by a rollback or an uninstall so if you think that's the issue then try driver sweeper: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

There is no download link on that page. Apparently the program has been discontinued.

Well in recent events I decide to just do a fresh install of Windows, losing all old formats and drivers etc. and starting new.
Well as I was updating the system after my fresh installation the system crashed again, leading me to believe that it is the memory causing this problem. Despite what any tests I've run have said. The only driver I did install that isn't a standard one off the windows disk was for my video card. Which was 285.58 on the nvidia website.
After the crash though my system failed to boot at all, and was continually sending me to a screen where I could boot in safe mode, or an older setting, or as normal, etc. However when I did that it crashed once more but gave me an error code that was 1E and not A as usual. I'm not sure what difference that makes.
