BSOD problems

Recently, my computer is facing the problem of "Display Driver NVIDIA has stopped working and recovered and because of this problem, it affected my itunes as well. Itunes recommended me to reinstall itunes and so i did, but it can't be installed because of some window error and then BSOD came. Then I decided to try again and the same thing happened. This time, i tried again and it worked. I think it's very weird because again its a window installer error and I just reformatted my computer a few weeks ago. Itunes was working fine until yesterday. Please help me.

Then we can work on your BSoD problem. However, first we need you to update your nVidea drivers from here if you know your graphics card model: Drivers - Download NVIDIA Drivers

or here if your don't: NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Automatically Detect NVIDIA Products

After doing both of those tasks, please try to install iTunes again, and copy word-for-word the error message your received, and any error codes.

No i did not. Plus, last few week i sent my laptop to a computer shop to be repaired. I haven't update anything since then. I just installed some programmes that i wanted to.

You have an extensive list of outdated drivers. These should be updated. If the list is too numerous, we can give you a driver verifier test if the BSODS continue.

What is the status of your Windows update? Have you been getting updates? I have never seen a list of so many out of date MS drivers?

Download memtest86 and test RAM

Scan with your Anti Virus

Update outdated listed drivers.

search Google for the name of the driver

To remove any left over driver remnants, especially from graphics cards, use driver sweeper

After the memory test, you should update the drivers using the method shown above.

Thats a fair question
I took the first driver and went to google
I found out that it is a MS Driver
MS drivers are ok. for now so the first one is done. We need to address that issue later.

I know that the second is a MS driver so thats done for now.

I googled spsys.sys
and found this

So every MS driver you can forget about for now.
If Google shows a company name, for example Intel. You go to that site and update.

Do the memory first then test. That may take care of the BSODs. Then we can work on the drivers.

After we are done, we will try to update the Microsoft Drivers.
