BSoD while watching videos

Hello everyone,

In the past three weeks, I've been experiencing BSoDs when watching vidoes on the Internet. To the best of my knowledge, I have not installed any new software or hardware in the time prior to these BSoDs.

No viruses have come up after doing a scan with Microsoft Security Essentials. Also, I've installed all new updates from Windows Updates.

Here are my computer specs:?Windows Vista Home Premium SP2, x64

• 4GB of RAM
• Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600
• Graphics: Intel G3100 chipset

I've attached the files from the SF Diagnostics Tool.

Welcome
Appears to be a memory problem,. Use memtest for 36 hours
Run for 36 hours and then test each stick in a good slot for 36 hours

I also experience this one, even playing light games, sometimes I experience BSoD, quite annoying. What I did is I check the memory and the video card, cleaned it though the problem was solved when I replace my video card, I think it was already defective.

Hey richc46, after running Memtest86+ for each individual stick of RAM (testing was done while there was only one stick of RAM installed), nothing came back in the results.

Do you have any other suggestions?

The reports do indicate memory. Did you test all the sticks for 36 hours
and then
each stick for 36 hours?
