I Can't change Date Or Time
Every time i try to change the date it says An Error Has Occurred Unable TO save Changes

I'm Running Vista ultimate Sp1

My Computer

I think you are administrator
Start>>Search>>secpol.msc

navigate:

Policies>>User rights>>Change the System Time

Local Service and Administrators group must to have access to this option - if is another you have to fix it

My Computer

I did what you said and local service and administrators already had access to this option

i tried adding my user name and USERS to the list it But i couldn't change the time even

then

ps:i am the administrator

My Computer

Try creating a new user account and then try changing the date/time.

Hello Fable and welcome to Vista Forums. :)

You might double check to see if the Windows Time service is set to Started and Manual. You might also check to make sure that your time in CMOS (BIOS) is set correctly.

Hope this helps,
Shawn

Due To Extremely Low Disk Space

My Computer

Thanks Brink It Worked
I Changed The Time From The Bios And It Worked

But It Seems That I Still Can't Change It Through Windows

Well, I guess It was stupid off me not to think of that in the beginning

Btw: The service was Started And Set To automatic

My Computer

I believe, like Dinesh, you mayneed to do a clean re-install of Vista to fix this. :(
